Refunds & Returns

Due to the nature of our product (consumables), returns are only accepted if the product is damaged, defective or incorrect upon delivery.

If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment within 7-10 business days.​ Refunds will not include shipping costs, unless the error was on our side (e.g., wrong or defective products).

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we will gladly send you a replacement at no additional cost.​
